PacLease Named a 2023 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation

BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 7, 2023 – PacLease, a leading full-service lease and rental company, was recently honored as a 2023 “Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation” by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT).
This special award recognizes leading companies in the transportation industry that possess a corporate culture that supports gender diversity; provides flexibility, offers competitive compensation and quality benefits, including training, continuing education and development; and fosters career advancement opportunities. The annual award program was created in 2018 to support an element of WIT’s mission: to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry.

Women in Trucking Association is a nonprofit association established to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by women working in the trucking industry.
