Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and PACCAR Inc. When you opt in to PACCAR Inc’s mobile messaging marketing program (the “Mobile Messaging Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below, all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference, and any subsequent changes to the foregoing. You also agree to our Mobile Messaging Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

How to Opt-In

You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system from PACCAR Inc. We will send these messages to the mobile phone number that you provide when you sign up for the Mobile Messaging Program or any other number you specify.

The frequency of messages will vary, and we reserve the right to change the frequency from time to time.

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. PACCAR Inc will not purchase, rent, sell, or share permission to opt-in to our Mobile Messaging Service.

Opt-In Information 

Opt in to receive information about PacLease products, services and events by entering your mobile number and consenting to messaging hereMessage and data rates may apply for any messages exchanged between you and us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By opting in to this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.

Some mobile devices or handsets may not be supported, and the messages we send may not be deliverable in all areas. We, our service providers, and the mobile carriers that are supported by the Mobile Messaging Program are not liable if messages are delayed or undeliverable.

Any new SMS/MMS campaigns not covered by this specific opt-in scenario would need to be added as new campaigns are brought online. This single addition is required for carrier review and approval and does not have to encompass all current/future campaigns or opt-in methods.

Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon Wireless.

Cancellation

You can cancel the Mobile Messaging Service at any time by texting STOP to "PacLease Alerts". After you send the cancellation text message to us, we will send you one additional text message to confirm your cancellation. If you want to rejoin the Mobile Messaging Program, you may sign up using the same method as you did initially, and we will start sending messages to you again. If you cancel one of our Mobile Messaging Services and have joined other programs, you may continue to receive text messages from PACCAR Inc through those programs until you separately cancel them.

If you are experiencing any problems with the Mobile Messaging Service, you can text “HELP” to "PacLease Alerts", and we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to cancel. You may also contact us using the phone number or email address below.
