PacCentral Has You Covered 24/7

Matt Britten, Center Manager– PACCAR Parts Division Office

When your trip doesn’t go as planned, PacCentral is here for you.

Established in May of 1999, PACCAR Parts opened the PACCAR Customer Center, also known as PacCentral, to PacLease customers. Located in Renton, Washington, the Customer Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Offering roadside assistance for all PACCAR customers – including Kenworth, Peterbilt and PacLease. The PACCAR Customer Center has the ability to assist with jump starts, tires, trailers, towing, out of fuel (roadside), mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance services and most other services to drive uptime for our customers.

Service is simple to set up with one call to PacCentral. When the customer calls in for roadside assistance and provides us with their truck unit or VIN number, their vehicle will populate in our system and we can begin to set up service for them. Utilizing a custom mapping system, which locates Dealers and Independent Service Providers (ISPs) near the truck’s location and lists types of services offered, hours of operation and contact information. With access to an extensive network of independent service providers across the United States and Canada, including more than 700 PACCAR locations, we are able to minimize the time it takes to get the vehicle back up and running.

The PACCAR Customer Center assigns every job its own case number, which allows the customer to talk to any agent about the status of repairs. When a customer calls in for an update, this number will bring up detailed information about all aspects of the service.

The PACCAR Customer Center is your first and last stop for your roadside needs. PACCAR leverages its national resources to better support you and your vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
